Delegate registration includes: access to conference sessions, access to the exhibition and poster area, the delegate pack, an event badge, the final congress programme and coffee breaks.
Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by sending the Secretariat a bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before August 27, 2008 - 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee).
Postmarked from August 27, 2008 – 50% refund.
No Refund cancellations sent after October 27, 2008.
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the The 11th World Congress on Controversies in Obstetrics Gynecology & Infertility (COGI) .
Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
